Communication, Empathy & Care Experience
For more than a year, Anjelis has facilitated education within healthcare organizations focused on communication, empathy, and care experience.

This work reflects her broader professional interest in preserving human connection within increasingly complex healthcare systems, and helping healthcare professionals connect technical competence with the relational dimensions of care.

Intentionality is a central thread in Anjelis Oliveira's scholarship and evolving professional work: a way of asking what changes when attention, awareness, and deliberate presence are brought to the practice of care.
Established in the 2019 study
A constructivist grounded theory study identified Intentionality as the basic social process, with three categories:
- 01Regrouping
- 02Applying Mindfulness
- 03Moving Forward
The process was sequential, intertwined, and iterative.
Scholarly note: the concept originated within a specific constructivist grounded theory study and is limited to that original population and study context. It should not be generalized without appropriate scholarly support.
Evolving inquiry
Separately from that study, Anjelis continues to think and write about intentionality across leadership, communication, human connection, empathy, self empathy, education, and healthcare more broadly.
This work is ongoing inquiry, reflection, and scholarship. It is not a finding of the 2019 study, and it is not presented as established evidence.
